The Dental Diet
It is common knowledge that to stay fit & healthy you must eat properly. The same holds true for your dental health. Do you have good or bad eating habits?

DO’s
- Lots of Water
- Milk
- Raw Fruits/Vegetables
- Cheese
- Yogurt
- Popcorn
- Unsweetened Tea
Of course, the DON'TS can be eaten in small amounts, you just need to brush and floss afterward.
Children that NEED to go to bed with a bottle, NEED to have the bottle filled with WATER ONLY!
DON’Ts
- Candy
- Soda (even Diet)
- Sports Drinks
- Orange Juice
- Dried Fruits
- Coffee
- Fruit Roll-Ups
Home Care
BRUSH at least 2 times a day with fluoridated toothpaste for at least 2 minutes (when you first wake up does not count).
- FLOSS after brushing.
- Fluoride supplements if ages 6 months to 16 years and fluoridated drinking water is not available in your area.
